I'm a Senior Product Designer in SF Bay Area. I have designed user-centric experiences for Amazon Business, Amazon Web services, Enlightened (acquired by Siemens), Intuit and Viptela (acquired by Cisco). My design approach combines robust user research, strategic design thinking, and strong cross-team collaboration.
Notably, I've amplified Amazon Business's Analytics area, with a laser focus on enhancing user engagement and data optimization. I have also led various company-wide initiatives at Amazon including one that I am most proud of: the ‘Candidate Experience Team’. This was a project I initiated and led in partnership with the AWS Recruiting Team. We created AWS’s first design prep guide to help candidates interview better.
Collaborating with global teams, from Japan to Spain and India, has enriched my ability to navigate and deliver in diverse settings. At Amazon Business recently I led design of 'Insights' an AI feature enabling procurement managers to identify $100K+ savings opportunities in minutes (vs. multi-day analysis). This was done by establishing cross-functional reviews with Analytics and Spend anomaly monitoring stakeholders. Transformed scope from basic saving insight to comprehensive insight suite through rapid prototyping & research plan. I also delivered the UX design for AWS Primary Navigation and Data Visualization for Main Homepage. My favorite task at work is to host workshops with stakeholders and get everyone's inputs.
Extremely passionate about design and it has always been a big part of my life. I started designing for the physical world but felt constrained by the impact that my designs could drive, so I moved into the digital world (User Experience).
After being an experienced UX designer for the past years, I have realized that the power of design is the ability to connect with users at the deepest emotional level and has the power to influence their actions and decision making.
